Welcome to Headquarter Plus, a service provided through the website www.headquarter.io. This Privacy Policy outlines our commitments and your rights regarding your personal data and the handling of client information by our services. Headquarter Plus provides a suite of online tools designed to assist insurance agents and financial consultants (collectively referred to as "FC") in client acquisition and management in Singapore. Any customer or client of the FC will be referred to in this document as “Client”.

 

Information We Collect

 

For Agents and Financial Consultants (FCs):

•      Personal Identification Information: To facilitate account creation, subscription management, and service delivery, we collect information such as your name, email address, contact details, and payment information.

•      Usage Data: We gather data about how you utilize our services, including feature interaction, response to automated communications like newsletters and postcards, and engagement statistics to help improve service efficiency and effectiveness. By subscribing to the Headquarter Plus service you agree to us collecting your information and the terms and conditions.

•      Usage Data: We DO NOT collect and store clients financial information on our system. Our Roadmap and Checklist tools are for information PRESENTATION ONLY and all information is erased at the end of the session.

 

For Clients of FCs:

•      No Direct Collection: Headquarter Plus does not collect or store any personal information of FC clients directly. All client data is managed and stored by the FCs in their own Hidden Google Drive as part of our commitment to a noPIIdata policy, ensuring we never access or store client-specific data.

•      FC client consent: We provide a tool by which the FC can collect and store communication and data storage consent from the Client while informing them of the terms and conditions under which their information is being collected. It is the sole responsibility of the FC to collect consent from the Client.

 

How We Use Information

•      Service Provision: We use collected data to provide and maintain our services, including automated email newsletters, the dispatch of postcards, and the hosting of web profiles and marketing campaigns.

•      Service Improvement: Data on service usage helps us refine existing tools and develop new functionalities to enhance user satisfaction and operational excellence.

•      Communication: We use contact information to send updates about service changes, account management communications, and informative content relevant to the services we offer.

 

FC and Agency Client Data

•      FC Managed Data: In line with our noPIIdata policy, all client data is exclusively managed on the FC’s Hidden Google Drive. Headquarter Plus has no access to this data, ensuring client privacy is maintained.

•      No Retention of Client Information: We do not store any client information on our servers. This decentralization of data storage enhances privacy and reduces the risk of data breaches affecting multiple parties.

 

Sharing of Information

•      Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services (e.g., cloud hosting providers, communication platform providers). These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

•      Call Centre: In the specific case of a clients data being shared with the call centre, phone numbers are always hidden and cannot be shared or collected.

•      Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

 

Data Storage and Security

•      Security Measures: We are committed to ensuring the security of your data. We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.

•      Data Storage: Personal data of FCs is stored securely on encrypted servers. As stated, we do not store client data, which remains under the direct control of the FC in their designated Hidden Google Drive.

 

Your Data Rights

•      Access and Control: You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can manage your information through your user account settings or by contacting our support team.

•      Consent Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, which will result in the cessation of further use of the service and the removal of your data from our records.

 

Children's Privacy

Our services are not aimed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

 

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. We will inform you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top of this document.

Interaction with Evolver Services

Headquarter Plus offers a connection service to "Evolver PTY LTD", an entirely separate and independent call centre that provides client generation and client servicing services. When Financial Consultants (FCs) choose to use Evolver services through Headquarter Plus, we facilitate the initial connection between the FC and Evolver.

 

Independence of Services

Once a connection to Evolver is established, Headquarter Plus’s role ends, and we are entirely disconnected from any interactions, transactions, or communications that occur between the FC and Evolver. We do not participate in, influence, or have any involvement in the activities conducted by Evolver once the connection is made. Our practical and legal relationship with the activities carried out by Evolver is completely separate.

 

Responsibility of Evolver

Evolver operates as an entirely independent entity with its own operational and legal frameworks. As such, any engagements between the FC and Evolver, including but not limited to client generation and client servicing, are governed by Evolver's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 

Due Diligence

FCs are encouraged to review Evolver’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to understand how Evolver will handle their information and the services they provide. Headquarter Plus is not responsible for the practices, actions, or policies of Evolver, and FCs engage with Evolver at their own risk.
